Is it easy to rent a house in Show Low?

Finding a rental in Show Low is generally easier than in major metros like Phoenix, but it does come with its' own set of "mountain " quirks.  The rental market is pretty tight right now, however we do have availability and can fluctuate significantly based upon the season.

Do you provide an online portal for lease payments?

Yes!  We do offer online service to pay for your monthly lease.  You can also request maintenance repairs through the same portal.

What is the Lease Renewal procedure?

We require a 30-day renewal notice or termination notice.

What should I expect for utility costs in the White Mountains.

Each rental property handles the payment for utilities based upon the owner request.  Once you choose a rental location those details will be shared with you.

What is the "Move in " process and financial requirement?

To make your transition to Show Low as smooth as possible, we use a streamlined digital application process.  Generally, we look for a monthly income of at least 3x the rent and a solid credit history.  Upon approval, you'll typically need the first month's rent and a security deposit.  We handle everything through a secure online portal, allowing you to sign your lease and pay your move-inc costs from anywhere, perfect if you are relocating from the Valley or out of state.
